My name is Natalia Agustina Gómez, a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2016, with over ten years of professional legal experience and a strong background in the preparation and structuring of employment-based immigration petitions, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1.
Over the past several years, I have worked on initial filings, refiles, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), participating throughout the entire petition process—from initial profile assessment to final organization of the petition package. My work includes case strategy definition, legal argument development, and comprehensive organization of supporting evidence, in line with USCIS adjudication standards.
Before focusing on employment-based immigration, I practiced law in Argentina in areas such as litigation, compliance, and corporate law, representing large-scale institutions. This experience strengthened my ability to manage complex cases, work under strict deadlines, and conduct strategic legal analysis—skills that are particularly relevant to EB-2 NIW and EB-1 petition preparation.
I have worked in collaboration with U.S. immigration law firms, gaining practical insight into the level of preparation and rigor required for these types of petitions.
Immigration Case Studio was created with a clear purpose: to offer a structured, strategic, and high-quality process based on legal argument coherence, rigorous evidence organization, and personalized guidance tailored to each self-petitioner’s professional background and objectives.
