My name is Natalia Agustina Gómez, a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2016, with over ten years of professional legal experience and a strong background in the preparation and structuring of employment-based immigration petitions, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1.
Over the past several years, I have worked on initial filings, refiles, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), participating throughout the entire petition process—from initial profile assessment to final organization of the petition package. My work includes case strategy definition, legal argument development, and comprehensive organization of supporting evidence, in line with USCIS adjudication standards.
